The gym I attend uses a GymNext timer, and it's so easy to use, So I purchased one for my school's fitness room (I'm a PE teacher). Unfortunately, I had an issue with one digit no longer showing up within days of my return window. I emailed the company and heard back within hours. They quickly coordinated a replacement to be sent to me and made the entire process easy. The app is so easy to use and the different options keep the kids focused and engaged.

Timer is great!!! Shipping/delivery took forever.
I bought this timer in 2024 and it is already having LEDs out.it constantly disconnects they told me I needed to get a new iPad so I bought one. It did not fix the issue and the issue is worse than ever. they’re saying it’s because my router is too close, but I did not have any issues with it for the first few months and I have not moved anything. Their customer service is terrible. I sent an email four days ago and have not heard anything back and it is all consistently like this. I have been emailing them for several months and so far they just want me to pay $16 for a new LED and $10 to ship it.
