• Low Battery Alert or Timer Not Turning On

    Status: Solved

    After prolonged use, timers sold between June 2022 - June 2023 may experience an issue where they will show a 'Low Battery Alert' or fail to turn on. The cause of this issue has been traced to a faulty power supply which we have are no longer using.

  • Apple Watch Crashing

    Status: In Staged Release

    In v5.6.1, the Apple Watch app has stopped working and is crashing on launch.

    The cause of this issue is a change in Apple's frameworks related to how Watch Apps are developed.

    v5.6.2 corrects this issue and is currently in staged release.

  • Firmware Updates Not Applying

    Status: Solved

    A batch of timers with serial number starting with ST230306 or ST230910 were programmed incorrectly and do not include the bootloader program necessary to allow for over the air (OTA) updates.

    The timers will function properly but the firmware cannot be upgraded.
