• Low Battery Alert or Timer Not Turning On

    Status: Ongoing

    We are aware of an issue with Gym Edition timers sold between June 2022 - April 2023 where they will show a 'Low Battery Alert' or fail to turn on. The cause of this issue has been traced to a faulty power supply.

    Please contact our support team at support@gymnext.com and we will replace the power supply for you at no charge.

  • iOS 12 Crashing Issue

    Status: Reported Nov 29, 2023

    We are aware of a crashing issue with v5.5.1 of our iOS app when combined with iOS 12. We are working on determining a cause for this issue and if there is a possible fix. Unfortunately, this is a very old version of iOS and testing is difficult. Stay tuned.

    We are aware of an issue following the Android 14 release that is causing app freezes. We are working on a fix.

    UPDATE Oct 26/23: We have rolled out a new app update to 40% of users.
